Road cleared after crash between car and van
There was heavy traffic between Beckington and Rode earlier this evening (March 24)

The A361 Frome Road has now cleared following a crash this evening (March 24). According to traffic monitoring site Inrix, there was congestion between Beckington and Rode.

The collision, which involved a car and a van, took place between the A36 Beckington Roundabout and the Rode turn off. It was first reported at 5.26pm and cleared by 6.45pm.

Inrix says: "Accident cleared on A361 Frome Road in both directions between A36 (Beckington Roundabout, Beckington) and Rode turn off (Rode)."
