"And so looking at it, I thought, Oh no, I'm in grief, and I'm in grief of letting go of that stage of my life that will never be there. Again. You know, and it doesn't need honouring it does I think we do you know, we shouldn't be afraid to honour these significant moments in life and there isn't anything wrong and being sad or feeling that actually if anything, it can be like a recognition of what was really important and what really mattered."
