Hello and welcome to our live coverage of Leicester City's Premier League clash at Liverpool.

It's the final game of 2022 and City are looking to end a tumultuous year on a high. That's a difficult ask for them though. Not only have they failed to beat any side in the top half this season, they have not won at Anfield since 2000.

They also go into the game on the back of a demoralising home loss to Newcastle in which City started so poorly that Brendan Rodgers cancelled a day off for the first time in his career in order to get to the bottom of the problem. Liverpool, meanwhile, returned to Premier League action with victory at Aston Villa.

Rodgers will have to make at least one change to his side with Dennis Praet ruled out through injury, but it may be that he makes a couple of others too following the loss to Newcastle. Boubakary Soumare and Patson Daka are both at risk, with Wilfred Ndidi and Jamie Vardy potential options.
