Adele shows off incredible weight loss on beach during Caribbean holiday with Harry Styles

ADELE started 2020 happy and healthy with a little help from her friends.

The singer showed off her newly slim and trim figure alongside her English pals on a beach in Anguilla, a British territory in the Caribbean, on Friday.

Wearing a black and white polka dot dress, she looked carefree grinning ear to ear while taking in a little sun on the sand.

Harry Styles joined her on the seaside outing, but kept cool beneath a giant sun umbrella in a blue Mickey Mouse T-shirt.

She joined the "Lights Up" crooner in the shade after going for a swim in the ocean's crystal clear blue waters.

A lucky group of young fans even got to pose for a picture with the "Hello" singer after spotting her on the beach.

Adele debuted her incredible weight loss at Drake's birthday party in October, just weeks after she filed for divorce from Simon Konecki.

She seemingly embraced her new, active lifestyle on Instagram in a head-turning black gown, dressed as Sharon Stone's iconic Ginger Rothstein character from the film "Casino."

"I used to cry but now I sweat," she captioned the photo shared in October.

Photos from her beachside romp sparked health concerns from some fans.

"Wait adele looks way too skinny here should we get worried?" wrote one.

"This...this is scary. Not a good look," wrote another.

However, several people defended the 31-year-old's incredible weight loss and dedication to a healthier lifestyle.

"I bet that she's been on diet to get to her ideal weight, which is great for her but we're not used to seeing her like that before so that's why it's so shocking," said one fan.

"I don't think we should be worried, she knows what she does."

Sources close to Adele told People in October that she is "incredibly dedicated" to her new fitness routine, which includes private training sessions and Pilates classes.
